FFXIV Races and Classes
What races and classes are available in final fantasy XIV? Is it like other mmorpgs?

FFXIV is not even close to other mmorpgs, I mean its the same principal but it is way more hardcore. Classes (Jobs) and Races I guess are structured similar in all games.

Hyuran - Human
Lalafell - Farmer Race
Roegadyn - Fisher Race
Elzen - Singer Race
Miqo'te
Job System:
- Fighter: Fencer, Archer
- Sorcerer: Witch/Shaman/Warlock & Conjurer/Caller
- Crafter: Smith, Cook
- Gatherer: Gardener, Fisherman
