Okay guys, here's the new patch notes for the new patch
for those who haven't checked it, here are the notes:

New Mercenary: 'Punisher'
* New Mercenary Punisher has been added.
- Type: Melee Mercenary
- Weapon: Power Saw
* The Punisher can be obtained from the Recruiting Punisher quest.
- You can begin the quest by speaking with Christine near Silent Detroit.
- You must be level 102 or above to begin the quest.
* Detroit Cemetery, Leather Face's Hideout, and Lonely Backstreets dungeons have been added for the Punisher Recruitment quest.
Atlantica Diary
* Atlantica Diary has been added.
* The Diary features a "To Do" style list of daily activities.
* Using Atlas Ore, you can increase the daily limit for some activities.
- 1 extra quest completion bonus experience.
- 1 extra free league participation bonus experience.
- 1 extra Equipment Analysis.
* You can check the latest Atlantica news from the Diary.
* The Atlantica Diary will display interesting daily historical facts.
* You can access the Atlantica Diary from the "My Info" menu -> "Diary"
- A shortcut for opening the Diary has been added: ALT + D
Monster Origin Info
* Monster Origin Info has been added.
- Origin Info is the 4th step of Monster Information, following Item Information.
* When you have Origin Information on a monster, you will receive an additional 10% experience from that monster.
* You can share Monster Origin information an unlimited amount of times per day.
* You can only be shared Monster Origin Information from other players twice per day.
Clothes Book
* Clothes Book has been added for storing clothing and hats.
* You will obtain Collection Points for clothing items stored in the Clothes Book each day.
* Retrieving stored clothes will cost 20,000 gold.
* You can also preview your character wearing any clothing/hat combination from the Clothes Book.
* The Clothes Book can be accessed from the "Game Info" menu > "Clothes Book".
- You can also access the Clothes Book by clicking on the "Clothes Book" tab while viewing anything else in the Atlantica Information book.
Medici System
* NPC [Medici] has been added to the Bazaar in Rome.
* You can buy Medici's Gold Box.
- The minimum level to purchase Medici's Gold Box is 100.You can obtain various experience books as well as rare items from Medici's Gold Box.
* The top 10 buyers of Medici’s Gold Box will receive a title for 1 month.
- Top Buyer : "Server's Richest" : Attack Power +20%, Physical Defense +15%, Workload +10%, Unlimited Duration
- 2 – 10 : "Millionaire II" : Attack Power +17%, Physical Defense +10%, Workload +10%, Unlimited Duration
* On the 14th of every month between 9:00am and 10:00am PST the titles will be removed, and ranks reset.
- Purchase of Medici’s Gold Box will be unavailable during this time.
Free League
* Hwarang is now available to be leased from Gladiator Proximo.
- You must be level 112 or above to lease Hwarang.
* Paganini is now available to be leased from Gladiator Proximo.
- You must be level 100 or above to lease Paganini.
* Free Leagues will now last for 65 minutes.
* Maximum number of Free League battles has been change to 6 from 8.
* Hwarang's magic skills have been changed:
- Hwarang's Aura's HP penalty has been reduced and the HP reduction penalty will decrease as the skill levels up.
- Hwarang's Fury Attack Power Increase attribute has been slightly decreased.
* Tier 0 has been added.
- While you are in Div. 1, if you win during the fourth round of the Titan Grand Championship, you will advance to Tier 0.
- If you are Tier 0 and lose before or during the fourth round of the Titan Grand Championship you will become Div. 1 again.
- If you are Tier 0 and do not participate in the Titan Grand Championship you will become Div. 1 again.
* You will now earn more Battle/Fame points for winning the Titan Grand Championship.
* The daily maximum of Free League Observer rewards has been changed to 3 from 10.
- The rewards for observing a Free League match have been increased.
* Auto-Battle Free League rewards have been decreased.
* Leasing system has been improved.
- Competition Mercenary Lease] button has been added to the Free League/Weekly Championship/Titan Championship announcement window.
- You can click the[Competition Mercenary Lease] button on the window to lease mercenaries from any location.
- Leasing a mercenary remotely will consume 10% Will.
- 3 day lease duration has been changed to 1 day.
- Lease fee has been decreased.
Battle
* Party experience distribution has been changed.
- Previously, experience was divided among your mercenaries evenly. Now experience will be distributed to your lowest level mercenary. Therefore, your lowest level mercenary will receive the Party Bonus experience (Your level * 10 * Number of active mercenaries).
* The bug which caused multiple animations from 1 attack to not display has been fixed.
- Siege Engine, Ballista, Giant Ballista (Inventor's Summons).
- Babylon Dimension Gate, Space-Time Gate, Statue of Protection, and Statue of Destruction.
* The bug which caused enemies to not die on the same turn which they were hit with an Inventor's summon has been fixed.
* The amount of gold gained from monster battles has been reduced.
* The experience loss penalty when dying has been changed to reduce experience distributed from all mercenaries instead of reducing all experience penalty amount from the main character.
Monster
* Monsters around Boorchu have been removed.
* Owl Bear and Silent Owl Bear's attack animation has been changed from ranged to melee.
* Bear type monsters' shape has been changed.
* A bug which prevented Sealed Phoenix equipment from being unsealed under certain circumstances has been fixed.
* Search function has been added to the monster information list.
* The following features have been added to the Share Info window:
- Monster search function
- Monster level display
- Sort Monsters alphabetically and by level.
* Monsters from Jiuzhaigou Ghost Town have been relocated.
- Monsters' amount and reinforcement rate have been decreased.
* Monsters from Sunken Machine Shrine have been relocated.
* Some monsters' attack type has been changed.
- Sea Palace General: Sword -> Spear
- Tarantula: Cannon -> Gun
- Crazy Slave Warrior: Sword -> Axe
* Oriharukon Watcher's magic skill has been changed.
* Attack skill of Delusional Worker and Exploited Worker from the Silent Detroit has been changed.
* Silent Detroit's Grand Market monsters' reinforcement rate has been decreased.
- Claw Punk, Punk Leader, Brutal Outcast, Crazy Outcast
* In Mysterious Saloon; [Diabolic Guardmaster] and [Diabolic High Priest]'s magic power has been decreased.
* In Vincent Van Gogh dungeon; [Agonized Windmill] and [Spellbound Manager]'s magic power has been increased.
* In Vincent Van Gogh dungeon; [Agonized Windmill]'s Cruel Wind and [Spellbound Manager]'s Evil Spirit Blow magic skill cool downs have been changed from 3 to 2.
* Some monsters' magic skills have been changed.
- Fake Tlaltecuhtli, Nether Prince, Monster Fish, Ice Breaker
* Some monsters' appearance has been modified.

* Accessory Enchant Stone [IV] and Accessory Enchant Stone [V] can be obtained using Guild Points at Pointry.
- Accessory Enchant Stone [IV] x 2 -> 1,000 Guild Points
- Accessory Enchant Stone [V] x 1 -> 1,500 Guild Points
* The Battle Point costs for some Pointry items have been modified.
- Sealed Black Key: 350 -> 400 Points
- Warrior's Sign: 75 -> 100 Points
- Still-Beating Heart: 65 -> 70 Points
- Gilgamesh's Sword Shard: 130 -> 140 Points
- Merc. Room License(7days) 800 -> 1000 Points
* Perimeter License's ability has been dramatically increased.
* Some medicines' level requirement has been changed.
- The Grace of Onteotl : Lv. 104 -> 100
- Secret Vial of Stability : Lv. 108 -> 105
- Jiuyodian : Lv. 115 -> 110
* Manager's Scrolls will no longer fail.
* Dragon God's Sword bug has been fixed (It will no longer be held upside down!)
* Mandragora is now available in the Barter Shop.
Crafting
* Depraved equipments' required material quantities have been reduced.
* Some of Depraved equipments' required materials have been removed.
* Max Crafting Level has been limited depending on your main character's level.
- Master: Lv. 50 or higher.
- Grandmaster: Lv. 80 or higher.
- Perfect Artisan: Lv. 100 or higher.
Community
* Guild Activity Points can be checked during 15 days.
- Guild Office > Options > Guild Activity Points
* Guild Maintenance fee has been increased.
* NPC Caesar's Nation Management window -> Nation Fund button has been removed.
* Beginner gift giving tax has been modified.
- Depending on the amount of gold gifted, the system will deduct an amount as tax.
* If you try to post a message less than 10 characters in length on the in-game forum, it will no longer delete your typed text after telling you it is not long enough.
* When you move to Titan server, your Will and Auto-Battle points will no longer reset.
* You will receive notifications when someone from your community (friends/guild/etc) moves to Titan server.
* When sharing Grandmaster level Craft training, you will need to be near the player you wish to share the information to.
Quest
* Quest [Witch's Lab Quest] has been added in the [Magic Library of Night Shadow].
- You can start this quest by speaking to Vivian's sister, [Rose].
- You must be level 65 or above to begin the quest.
* Quest [Serestia's Prophecy] has been added in the [Sanctum of Clear Prophecy] near Berne.
- By helping [Croesus], you can pass [Militia Serestia]'s tests.
- You must be level 100 or above to begin the quest.
* [Roboto's Love] quest has been added.
- You must be level 102 or above to begin the quest.
* Endangered Spearmen Haven Quest has been added.
- You must be level 98 or above to begin the quest.
- Gokstad Ship Quest has been added.
- You must be level 98 or above to begin the quest.
* Title Quest [Drunkard] has been added.
- You can receive the quest by talking with NPC [Kleio].
* Killing Sad Marionettes quest from [Solicitor Alex] requirement has changed from 15 Sad Marionettes to 1.
* Elementalist Recruit Quest quest script has been modified.
* Lijiang Women's Village quest which required you to kill the Tiger Lord and bring Beastmen's Baton has been changed to just requiring you to kill the Tiger Lord.
* [Secrets of Time: Serestia's Prophecy], [Secrets of Time: Witch's Lab], [Secrets of Time: Northern Viking], [Secrets of Time: Dark Archer], and [Secrets of Time: Punisher], [Secrets of Time: Roboto's Love], [Secrets of Time: Endangered Chang-san], and [Secrets of Time: Gokstad Ship] have been added.
* The maximum number of quest resets through NPC Hui Chao has been changed from 50 to 100.
* NPC Natalie's location has been changed.
* Level requirement for entering [Shadow of Eight Trigrams] and [Garden of Shadows] has been changed to level 18.
* NPC [Miyamoto Musashi]'s quest: The Warrior's Path Quest's reward [Omikuji: Very Good] has been added.
Dungeon
* While participating in instanced dungeons (Individual, Guild, Nation), if the game server crashes or enter maintenance the dungeon cooldown timer will be reset.
* When time runs out during an individual dungeon, all monsters which are not already engaged in battle will disappear.
* You can extend your individual dungeon time using an Atlas ore.
- You can extend your individual dungeon time using the [Extend Ind. Dungeon time] button on your individual dungeon interface.
- You can only extend once per dungeon 10 minutes
* Required level and Recommend level have been separated.
- Current required level of dungeon has been changed to recommended level, and all recommended levels of dungeon have been moderated.
- Recommended level is minimum level that you can go to dungeon and hunt monsters in a dungeon.
- If you want to start certain quest related with certain dungeon, your main character has to reach a recommended level.
* Silent Detroit's dungeon maps have been improved.
Area
* New loading screens have been added.
* The sky textures have been improved for all outdoor regions except Central Asia.
* North America outdoor region has been improved.
* Silent Detroit entrance has been update.
* Decorative NPCs have been added near Alcatraz Prison entrance.
General
* New Shortcut Keys have been added.
- ALT + F : Open Formation window
- ALT + V : Open In-Game Forum window
- G : Open Guild Ads window
* You can view a list of shortcut keys from the Help window.
* Pressing the shortcut key for Fishing (V), Expression (ALT + E), Help (H), and Mailbox (ALT + C) will now also function to close the window in addition to opening it.
* The Report function now only requires 50% Will.
- When you report someone, all other active characters on the same IP will also be reported.
- The time to enter the verification string when reported has been reduced to 20 seconds.
* New Arena gladiators, "Guan Chang" and "Sarasate" have been added.
* Level 29 Sparring Hall Guitar's formation has been changed.
* Divine and Phoenix equipment will now have a chance of being listed on Sotheby's Auction.
* A bug which allowed Nation leaders of nations below level 5 to use King's Judgment has been fixed.
* Columbus's maximum purchase price from 1,000,000 to 800,000.
* De Mere's fee has been increased.
* The bug which caused Travel Agency fees to become negative at high levels has been fixed.
* Magic skill use text will no longer flash on-screen when you click passive skills in battle.
* Sit animation has been improved.
Title
* Title system has been improved.
- If you log out or disconnect while you have a title activated, it will remain active when you log back in.
* Title buffs will remain active when moving to and from Titan server.
* 4 new titles have been added. You can start these title quests with Calliope and Kleio near Athens.
Fishing
* The following items you can receive by exchanging Fishing points with Pointry have been added.
- Fragment of Divine, Phoenix's Feather, Depraved Seed
* The amount of Fishing points required for certain items at Pointry have been modified.
* The probability of catching Trilobites and Deep Sea Fishes has been increased.
- Your probability of catching fish is higher when using better fishing rods.
- When you catch a Trilobite or Deep Sea Fish a popup will appear to other players at Hainan Island.
Interface
* Basic font has been changed.
* Chat line space has been increased.
* Chat window font colors have been modified.
* Depends on your PC resolution, chatting window size will be changed.
* The interface for the information book has been changed.
* If you teleport while having an NPC interface window open it will now close automatically.
* Fade effects has been added to interface windows.
* The scrollbar in the "Details" when viewing monster/player details has been fixed.
