The acrobat class is one of the four first job change classes you can switch to. Acrobats are a unique class and wield amazing abilities. Acrobats either use yoyos and bows (so if you use anything else beside the two you're way off track:P ).

The main stat you should focus on when using a bow is DEX! Dex increases critical, attack, evasion, speed, block rate, accuracy and defense rate.
Ranger and Bow jester
Let's start with the Ranger, one of the two second job class change characters of an acrobat. Rangers are not too dependent on STA, like their fellow AoE (Area of Effect)classes such as AoE billposters, knights, rangers and elementors. Rangers aoe with their super evasion and block rate. Here are some builds for an AoE ranger.

If you have the extra cash you can go full dex because you could afford and upgrade equips that'll make up for the sta and the dex.

The bow jester build is just full dex. Add all points to DEX. Though if you're a little on the safe side you can add some sta, but it's worth it with full dex because after level 60, a bow jester received a pwnage critical rate of 4% for ever 10 points added to dex. It is not a real class, to put it simply it is a part of the jester class that uses the critical rate to the advantage of the bow.

Using a yoyo can definitely be a bore at lower levels but will pay off after you received your second job as a yoyo jester. A yoyo user mainly needs STR and a good amount of dex.

As I learned this build is the build you should take up if you can't always find an ringmaster or full support. Though I don't personally recommend or like this build either, but since i know a friend who uses this build I guess it does work well in some ways.

This build relies on an rm as a partner but it gives a better amount of damage and equips are helpful too.
