The Valkyrie of Soul of the Ultimate Nation
Archers ready your bows, or in this case grab your guns, because the final class of SUN’s lineup won’t disappoint. The Valkyrie class is the second pure DPS class of SUN, and chooses to attack from afar; whereas, the Dragon Knight is all about melee. These femme fetales have killer shots, killer summons, and killer looks. The Basics The Valkyrie is the primary range DPS class of SUN, but also a powerful summoner. These sharp shooters use dual crossbows or a large ether weapon, which is basically a Gatling gun, to fire their enemies down from afar. Valkyrie’s are one with nature, which allows them to summon creatures to fight by their side, and includes: a life spirit, a war-battler, or a destroyer. Both paths are highly destructive and are sure to impress any player of SUN. The Weapons The Ether Gun As stated earlier, the ether gun is similar to a Gatling gun: it’s large, and fires a couple of burst shots at the enemy before pausing for a moment. While a slower shot than the dual crossbows, the ether gun makes every bullet count by hitting harder than crossbows, and having Offensive abilities do a lot more damage. Players that specialize in this weapon type can expect some big numbers on their screen. Dual Crossbows These aren’t your typical crossbows in that they fire at a rapid rate, and your reload time is nonexistent. The crossbows fire more quickly than the ether gun, but do less damage per shot. The crossbows are still very powerful with Offensive abilities, but you’ll see a bigger bang from the ether gun. Those that love the John Woo dual pistols should specialize in the crossbows, because it’s the closest thing SUN has to that film style flare. The Starting Stats & Stat Combos

Strength / Agility This pure stat combination focuses on making every shot count, literally. By making strength the primary attribute, this combo aims to have your normal, and Offensive abilities, hurt a ton. You won’t land as many critical strikes with this combo, but each shot will deal a ton of damage. I’d recommend specializing in the ether gun with this build, and only those that know the Valkyrie class well should choose this path. Agility / Strength The second pure stat combination has a heavy focus on agility. This focus means that the spray of bullets will hit the target more often and have many more critical strikes. Again, I only recommend pure stat combinations for those that are experienced players, as the lack of abilities, either Offensive or Summoning, makes it a little harder to play. I also recommend specializing in the dual crossbows with this combo, because you’ll want to fire more shots to get more crits. Agility / Summon This combination is very interesting, and nothing like I’ve seen in SUN yet. This Valkyrie will rely on her powerful attacks, like any other agility combo, but also will have the assistance of her summoned companion in battle. This combo requires a little more micro management on the player’s end, but is very rewarding, because the summoned companion is such a large utility in battle. I recommend this for anyone that has skills in micro management, or those that love working with summons. Agility / Offensive Welcome the gun slinger, because this combination is all about the guns. With this combo, a Valkyrie will have amazing critical strikes, and a lot of great abilities to help them in battle. These new abilities will help you fight off enemies, escape from them when close by, and spray shots into the air to rain down on their heads. Any player new to the Valkyrie will surely love this combination, and be impressed what these ladies can do with guns and crossbows. The Valkyrie are powerful women with a proficiency for range attacks, and amazing summons. They’re the second pure DPS class in SUN, with the Dragon Knight, and don’t disappoint in their damage. This class is perfect for those that enjoy sniping their enemies down from afar, but aren’t afraid to get close and personal too.
