More Than Two Million Registrations Into Taborea
Frogster's Runes of Magic has hit a new milestone, 2 million users for the USA and Eurpoean markets. Not bad when you consider that Runes of Magic launched the first chapter 'Rise of the Demon Lord' only 6 months ago. With the recent launch of The second chapter ‘The Elven Prophecy’ last month, Runes of Magic looks like it will only increase its user base. In response to the great success of the game, Frogster has put the gears on motion for a Russian language version which will be released in the coming months. Typically it takes most high tier publishers about 4 months to do a full language localization, although the addition of special content can cause the process to take longer.
Runes of Magic has had a firestorm of success, primarily do the content within the game instead of flashy tripple-A graphics. Because the game nets such a high user conversion number, Frogster has been able to put the promotion of the game in high gear, something that less addicting games cannot afford to do.
