Grand Chase Tournament and Shisa for Jin Details A brand-new tournament is getting underway for the online action-adventure MMO brawler, Grand Chase. To celebrate its one-year anniversary of the North American Grand Chase tournament rounds, the event which is dubbed "Chase the Ace" is promised to be the most competitive event to date! This competition will be held from September 23-24 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (PST) and the finals held on September 25 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m .(PST). Ntreev also informed us that starting tomorrow, players can take on the role of Shisa for its new character, Jin. This is the second job for Jin and is available to players starting tomorrow at 12:01 a.m. (PST). "In conjunction with our one-year anniversary of Grand Chase, we're excited to announce this new tournament and think our fans will be up to the challenge," said Chris Lee, CEO at Ntreev USA. "Grand Chase players are always looking for new and exciting contests, and we are thrilled for players to have the opportunity to participate in this highly competitive tournament. We also are pleased to introduce the second job for Jin, and think players will enjoy Jin's new abilities with this addition." Official details from Ntreev on the Chase the Ace Tournament: Fast-action qualifier rounds are just one of the features that make this tournament so competitive. The GM's (10 of them) will host a two-person room each; every two players that can get into these rooms will fight one match where the winner stays and the loser bounces out. If a player loses, they jump into another room and can play as many times as they want in the four- hour span of each tournament day. Players will move into the finals based on their combined score or number of wins during the qualifying round. Top prizes include a PlayStation® 3 and a Xbox 360 for first and second place winners, and 10 "Kings of the Hill" will receive Apple iPods. Visit http://grandchase.ntreev.net for more information.
